  • All rates given are in Thai Baht, inclusive of VAT 7% government tax and 10% service charge.
  • All rates given are per room and inclusive of 2 daily American Breakfasts.
  • Adults are intended to be older than 6 years of age.


    • 1. Occupancy

  • All rooms are for a 2-persons occupancy.
  • The hotel allows a maximum of 3 adults per room.
  • Extra beds:


      • 1.1 Low & Mid Season:
    • The first extra bed is charged with 1,300 Baht daily, inclusive ABF.
    • The second extra bed is charged with 1,100 Baht daily, inclusive ABF.
    • For children below the age of 6, if no extra bed is required, only a 450 Baht daily charge will be applied for the ABF.
    • Baby cots are free of charge


      • 1.2 High & Peak Season:
    • The first extra bed is charged with 1,600 Baht daily, inclusive ABF.
    • The second extra bed is charged with 1,250 Baht daily, inclusive ABF.
    • For children below the age of 6, if no extra bed is required, only a 800 Baht daily charge will be applied for the ABF.
    • Baby cots are free of charge
    2. Length of the stay

  • Peak Season (21st December 2008 until and including 10th January 2009): a minimum stay of 5 nights is required. Please note the following “compulsory” charges for guests staying during this period:
    • Christmas Eve (24th December 2008): we will host a gala dinner at the price of 4,700 Baht per person, 2,350 Baht for the children. Infants between 1 -3 years are Free of charge.
    • New Year’s Eve (31st December 2008): we will host a gala dinner at the price of 5,900 Baht per person, 2,950 Baht for the children. Infants between 1 -3 years are Free of charge.
    • Note: Zazen will offer a 10% commission on the net rates of the Gala Dinners. Beverages are not included in the rates.
    3. Check-in & Check-out time

      Check-in time is from 2:00pm. Early check-ins are subject to availability. In order to guarantee an early check-in a pre-registration is required.
      Check-out time is within 12:00pm (noon). Late check-outs are subject to availability and cannot be confirmed in advance. In order to guarantee a late check-out (6:00pm) a 50% of the daily room rate will be requested.

    For both cases, Zazen Boutique Resort & Spa will do everything possible to assist guests by offering a temporary room if available. Guests are welcome to use Zazen’s Boutique changing rooms with showering facilities. Luggage will be kept in the storage as long as necessary before the room is available or until guest’s departure.
    4. Cancellations – No Shows – Early Departures – Amendments

    *Peak Season;* (21st Dec to 10th Jan) For room reservation and Wedding Packages Reservation

    To secure your booking we require a valid credit card payment of 30% of the total amount. The remaining balance will be payable directly to the hotel uponarrival.
    • If the booking is cancelled more than 45 days prior to the arrival date the deposit will be refunded, less bank handling charges of 10%.
    • For cancellations of 45 days or less, prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be non-refundable.
    • No shows: the deposit will be non-refundable.
    • Early check out: 1 additional night room rate will be charged, payable directly to the hotel upon departure.
    • Note: for all cancellations the penalty policy will be applied according the earliest date confirmed in the reservation.
    Compulsory Gala Dinners
    The settlement of the gala dinner must be fully prepaid when the room reservation is confirmed

    *All Other Times;* For room reservation and Wedding Packages Reservation

    • No shows: the deposit will be non-refundable.
    • Early check out: 1 additional night room rate will be charged, payable directly to the hotel upon departure.
    • Note: for all cancellations the penalty policy will be applied according the earliest date confirmed in the reservation.
    5. Pick-up Transfer from/to Samui Airport by private car or coach

    Available, upon request, at 300 Baht per person, per way. Children below the age of 12 are FREE of charge.
