Zazen Restaurant has earned wide spread fame

talent and skill of master chef, Wally Andreini, creative

restaurant. Born and raised in Brussels and of Italian
heritage, Chef Wally trained at the famous Ecole Hoteliere

and joining Zazen in December, 2004.
