Dear Alex, Ti and the Team
Thank you for your kind email.
We had a wonderful time on our first visit to Zazen. This was our 14th visit to Thailand and our 4th time in Koh Samui. We both agree that Zazen was the most memorable resort we have visited, for a variety of reasons.
The attention to detail and the determination to make everything special for your guests was an important factor, as was the warmth and genuine desire to please shown by all the members of the Zazen Team. We would like to make special mention of Ame, Ann, Phorn, Jack and Tung, who all went out of their way to make us feel welcome. A special thank you to Ame, who rushed to our mini-bus as we left, to present us with the lovely gift of a carved Buddha, from Zazen.
The peace and tranquility offered by Zazen's location was disturbed only by events outside the Hotel's control and, even then, Alex, Ti and Yannick did their best to minimise any inconvenience and express their concern. It was very much appreciated.
Lastly, we must mention the fantastic food and the wonderfully imaginative menu - thank you Wally!
I hope that we will return to Zazen. You will all be in our thoughts and in our memories until next time.

Hello to the entire team at ZAZEN,
Thanks for the hospitality extended during our stay and I just wanted to say that my honeymoon could have not been more perfect!!!!!!!!!
Special thanks to Master Chef Wally for those special vegetarian dishes (Out of the Menu) which he served us during our stay.
We have brought back memories to cherish for our entire life.

| We stayed at Zazen 28/1 - 4/2. There is a word we use when talk about our wisit at your hotel and the word is PERFECT. We loved the week. The bungalow, the food and the service, it could not be better. Not to mention the wedding you arrange for our daughter, it was fantastic. Thanh you!!!!! |

| We made the perfect choice by choosing Zazen. Situated in a quiet area of Bo Phut within 15mins walk of the bustling Fishermans Village. The food, the ambience, the attention to detail.......perfect. The staff were wonderful and deserve particular recognition. They were genuinely friendly, exceptionally helpful and totally professional at all times. |

Zazen is a MUST for anyone visiting Koh Samui! This would be a perfect example of Exceptional Customer Service, to say the very least. From the time that we were picked up till even after we left, Zazen and it's mind blowing staff left a lasting impression on us...
One of the many MANY wonderful things about Zazen were all the little touches added to make our stay better than we had hoped for. And it has been our experience that we haven't even seen this kind of service in a lot of 5 star hotels/resorts!
For once, words fail us and eagerly await our next trip to Zazen...
I'd also like to add that the place is sooo much more better (can't stress just how much!) than what you see online!! |

WE HAVE JUST RETURNED FROM OUR SCOND STAY AT ZAZEN, AND WE DIDN'T THINK IT COULD GET ANY MORE PERFECT, BUT WE WERE WRONG
ZAZEN IS SUCH A CALMING AND PEACEFUL PLACE.
THE STAFF ARE WONDERFUL AND COULDN'T DO MORE FOR YOU EVEN DOWN TO THE GARDENERS. THE FOOD IS THE BEST ON THE ISLAND BY A LONG WAY
WE ARE ALRADY STARING TO SAVE FOR A THIRD VISIT...
YOU MUST SEE FOR YOURSELVES HOW WONDERFUL IT IS. |

thankyou for a great stay at your hotel. The rooms were beautiful and serviced very well, the restaurant team were genuinely friendly but very professional, the reception team so helpful and the food excellent. All in all a fantastic stay. |

Zazen was all and more that the website said it was.
We stayed in a deluxe bungalow no. 9 very quiet, amid lovely tropical gardens. Ideal resort for couples.
A beautiful wedding took place during our stay, which was a delight to watch. |

| Just returned from our second visit to Zazen and it continues to be one of our favorite places we have stayed in all of our travels. We were fortunate enough to stay in a Beachfront unit both visits and absolutely love the perfect setting. The staff is wonderful and the food is top notch. We have recomended Zazen to many and infact brought two other couples along with us this trip and they all felt Zazen was the most wonderful place we stayed during the trip. I highly recomend Zazen for a perfect holiday. |
